Here at RTS Waste we can assist with your trade waste bins or bags. we provide a free waste audit to advise what size bins and frequency of collections that will be most cost effective for your waste disposal. Of course it is our recommendation to segregate your waste into separate bins, contact us to find out more information. Alternatively, if your business is short of space then we offer a bag collection service.
What size waste bins do you need?
You can order different sizes to suit each waste type. For example general waste 1 x 1100 litre and dry mixed recycling 3 x 660 litre. The weight capacity limit will vary and will be quoted for in advance.

- Lockable lids are optional on request.
- The duty of care contract is included in the service price, we have no hidden charges.
- Waste types are recommended to not exceed a capacity as a heavy load. Check your contract for exact weight limits.

When will RTS collect my waste?
After taking delivery of your bins we schedule collection on a regular basis to suit you; either daily, weekly or fortnightly. At the same time a bespoke service is set up on your account and will continue for the duration of the duty of care contract. RTS Waste operate 7 days a week normally and during holiday periods the service is usually carried out within three working days either side of the normal collection day.

Is duty of care legal documentation ?
Yes the duty of care is a legal document that all trade and industrial business and you must keep up to date. This document can be requested at any point by an environmental officer in your area.
We have transparent and open relationships with all our customers. There are no hidden or annual charges. Therefore there is an agreed fee per collection, which is calculated on the schedule and billed monthly. Unlike many competitors who have added on charges in small print for provision of this documentation.
